From the moment you place your order until your package is safely delivered to you, we ensure that everything is handled carefully and with respect for both the product and the recipient.

All orders are carefully hand-packed and prepared with a focus on quality, protection and detail. Our goal is for you to feel both secure and happy when you receive your package from us.

For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. All shipments are trackable.

Processing orders

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours on business days .
When the order is ready, it is packed and prepared for shipment.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Any costs for return are not included.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4–7 business days , depending on delivery address and carrier.

During periods of high demand, holidays or unforeseen events, delays may occur. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

We currently ship to:
Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.

For deliveries to Norway , local taxes or fees may apply in some cases in accordance with applicable regulations.
