How long does it take to receive my package?
Delivery time is normally 5–10 business days from the time the package is shipped. We ship orders every weekday. Please note that delays may occur during periods of high volume with shipping companies.

Which shipping companies do you use?
We use PostNord, Bring and EarlyBird for delivery of our products.

PRODUCT

Can I return my product?
Of course. You can return your order within the return period. Send us an email at support@scandispirit.com and we will provide you with return instructions.

The product is out of stock – when will it be back in stock?
We always try to keep stock, but sometimes demand is higher than expected. If you would like to be notified when the product is back in stock, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
